FisherONE Online Education is proud to congratulate Tayla‑Jay Topp, Leader of Learning & Curriculum Engagement, on being named one of The Educator’s Rising Stars for 2026, recognising Australia’s top educators under the age of 35.

The Rising Stars awards recognise emerging leaders across the Australian K–12 sector who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and impact in teaching and learning. Tayla‑Jay’s selection reflects her strong professional practice and meaningful contribution to student success in an online senior secondary environment.

In her role at FisherONE, Tayla‑Jay works closely with students and teachers to ensure learning is engaging, supportive, and appropriately challenging, so every student feels known, capable, and confident. Her leadership is characterised by creativity, collaboration, and a strong relational approach – essential qualities in online education.

Tayla‑Jay brings a depth of expertise to FisherONE, including being a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) and holding a Master of Educational Leadership (Catholic Educational Leadership). In 2025, she also presented at the Future of Education Summit, alongside Lisa Newland, on Preparing Learners for a Borderless Workforce: What FisherONE Teaches Students.

This national recognition reflects both Tayla‑Jay’s leadership and FisherONE’s commitment to providing students with access to high‑calibre educators who are shaping future‑focused learning experiences.

FisherONE congratulates Tayla‑Jay on this outstanding achievement and thanks her for the positive impact she continues to make for students, staff, and partner schools.
