We are proud to announce that FisherONE Online Education has been selected as a Microsoft Showcase School for 2025 to 2026, the only Brisbane Catholic Education school to receive this recognition.
This achievement places us among a global community of innovative schools committed to using technology to transform learning and teaching. As a Showcase School, FisherONE is recognised for creating student-centred, inclusive, and future-ready learning environments that inspire creativity, collaboration, and growth.
We are equally proud that every FisherONE teacher is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE), reflecting the breadth of innovation, dedication, and digital excellence across our team. We also celebrate our Assistant Principal – Pedagogy and Innovation, Ms Jenny Knight, who has been recognised as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow for her leadership and contribution to inspiring innovation within FisherONE and the broader educational community. MIE Fellows are distinguished leaders within the global Microsoft education network, known for coaching, mentoring, sharing expertise at conferences, and providing rich professional learning for other educators.
Together with our students and community, we continue to explore new ways of learning and strengthen our partnership with Microsoft to empower learners with the skills they need for success in a rapidly changing world. We look forward to continuing this journey of innovation and collaboration as part of the global Showcase Schools community.
